Nexa Auto is an online store built primarily for customers in the United States. Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and cart.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Some products, supplier-direct items, launch offers, or limited runs may require a different processing window. When a specific product has a different timeline, we will show it on the product page or at checkout when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, season, weather, and fulfillment partner. Tracking information is sent by email once it is available. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the carrier service explicitly provides a guarantee.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@shopnexaauto.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started.

Duties and Taxes

Any taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges are shown or handled according to the checkout and carrier process where applicable.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Opened cleaning supplies, used consumable items, personal-use items, final-sale items, and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will help with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.
